自己評価
I feel quite satisfied with the preparation I did before the conference. I studied the material in depth and made a clear and informative poster. I also practised explaining the content of the poster several times. During the presentation, I was able to explain the main points well. I tried to speak clearly and confidently. However, there were some moments where I felt that I explained some parts too quickly, so it might be difficult for the audience to understand. There were also participants who asked questions, and I felt that I was able to answer most of them well. But, I wish I could have given more satisfactory answers.
Overall, I feel this presentation was a valuable learning experience. I got a lot of positive feedback and also some constructive suggestions. In the future, I will focus on pacing my speech and deepening my answers to the questions asked.　With this evaluation, I hope to improve my presentation skills in the future.

自己評価
I would like to prepare more eye-catching poster by designing bigger font and adjusting bigger figures. I also think I need to be more prepared in terms of presentation. Therefore, I can manage time in presenting my research to each audience. Hopefully, I will be able to join on the next scientific event.

I’ve learned many interesting topics from the lecture sessions. Although I can’t understand all the contents, but it inspired me for my research. Moreover, I can gather some more points during my poster presentation to develop my research in the future.

自己評価
本講演会では，ガラクトース2-エピメラーゼの基質アナログとの複合体構造について発表した．本酵素の基質特異性の構造的要因に関し，重要な結論を理解してもらうことができた．また，ガラクトース2-エピメラーゼのd-タロースの代謝への関与や物質生産への応用などにも注目していただき，本研究の意義・展望を伝えられた．

Bifidobacterium longum 105A株由来GH2 β-ガラクトシダーゼの糖転移産物の解析

自己評価
本発表では，はきはきとした話し方での発表を心がけ，実践することができた．一方で，研究結果である新規非還元二糖について，新規性を伝えきれなかった部分があった．非還元二糖に関するバックグランドから詳しく説明する必要があることを学んだ．初めての学会発表で緊張してしまい，聴き手の表情などを読み取ることができていなかったため，次回はそこを心がけ，追加の説明ができるようにしたい．

自己評価
ポスター内容を伝える際に、頭の中が整理されてない状態で話してしまったため、早口で分かりにくい説明になってしまった。次回は、構造化されたシンプルで分かりやすい話し方を意識する。また、万人に同じ説明をするのではなく、相手の理解度や興味に応じて説明内容を変えていけるように意識したい。

I think my poster is a little bit difficult for other researchers to understand, the background of my research was not clear enough and the points of it was not highlighted enough. And I didn’t answer the questions from professors concisely making it more complicated.

ST合剤を用いた大腸菌の二剤併用薬剤耐性進化実験

自己評価
今回の支部講演会ではポスター発表の機会を頂き、様々な先生方や学生の方々から意見を頂くことができました。今回はシンポジウムゲストの先生方に微生物関係の分野を研究されている方が多かったこともあり、変異の薬剤耐性への寄与を検証する方法など、具体的な議論を行うことができ、今後の研究に活きるポスターセッションになったと考えます。私自身はポスター発表を行うことは初めてだったため、口頭説明やポスターの構成において未熟な点も多かったと振り返っています。今後、学会発表を行う際には、頂いた意見や質問を踏まえ、より質の高い学会発表を行うことができるよう精進して参ります。最後になりますが、参加補助金という形で学びの機会を支援していただいたことに心より感謝申し上げます。誠にありがとうございました。
